How long will it take for my order to process?

All orders will be fulfilled as quickly as possible. (Excluding Holidays & Weekends) Our processing time can take up to 3-7 Business Days. Please note that all of our items may vary in processing time and we estimate the time by the item with the longest processing time. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard Shipping time is estimated to be about 7-14 days.

What shipping providers do you offer?

At check- out you will be able to select USPS or UPS.

Do you accept international orders?

At this time, due to a high number of fraudulent orders received internationally, we are only accepting orders from the U.S. and Canada via our online store. If you would like to place an order internationally, please call our office directly at 561-401-2170. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our US based warehouse.

I have not received my order, how can I track it?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information for your reference once your order is shipped.

What is the return policy?

Refund requests must be received within 7 days of the date of delivery.  The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.  Items must be unworn and unwashed and returned within 14 days of refund request. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.  If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Does apparel run true to size?

We have sizing charts available on each product page to help you make the best informed decision regarding your purchase. Please note that our products typically run smaller. If you have a question regarding the fit of a particular product please email info@livingfearlesslove.com
